CONSIDERING PARTICIPANTS NEEDS
We can provide workshops for small groups to up to 30 people at any given time. We can start a workshop series / day in a large group before splitting into smaller more intimate groups with Wingman facilitators. We prefer working with no more than 10 people per facilitator to ensure personalised content.

Wingman workshops focus on the outcomes for the participants. Whether that's facilitating ideation, accelerating group thinking and strategy or improving team dynamics.... We challenge throughout our process. We make sure that those participating are energized, inspired and entertained.
