WHO WE ARE
SIMON PAVITT - FOUNDER
Simon Pavitt helps remarkable people turn their personal vision into reality. As the founder of Capstones Co, the first advisory boutique focused solely on Capstone projects, which he founded in 2017, he works with those who have already achieved success—helping them channel their experience, resources, and passions into something truly meaningful.
With a background in psychology and high-performance environments, Simon has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to elite athletes, UHNWIs, business disruptors, and household-name CEOs. His work has taken him from Formula One to philanthropy, from scaling businesses to curating investments in technology, fine wine, and longevity. Whether launching a foundation, acquiring a sports team, or architecting a legacy project, Simon helps extraordinary people execute Capstone-driven ideas.
Before founding Capstones Co, Simon spent over 15 years in Formula One, working with the likes of SAP at McLaren Mercedes, managing Vodafone’s global partnerships, and serving as Commercial Director for Manor Racing—a challenger team that defied expectations on the grid and was itself a bold Capstone project.
Earlier, Simon was part of the core management team that built sports & entertainment agency Fuse for media giant Omnicom, scaling it across 46 markets and brokering over $2bn in global partnerships across sports, arts, music, and fashion.
Simon is also Chief Operating Officer of The London Technology Club, where he has hosted over 190 events worldwide, interviewing former prime ministers, billionaires, tech unicorn founders, supermodels, and prominent figures from various fields, including gentry, award-winning professionals, and leading public personalities.
A respected thought leader, Simon has authored over 16 reports across four series, exploring the future of technology in industries ranging from F1 and fine wine to longevity, space, and superyachts. He is a regular contributor to Mayfair Times, Monaco Life, JaneAnson.com, Club Oenologique, and the Stanford Center for Longevity, among others.
Outside of Capstones, Simon pursues his own passions—whether it’s elite fitness (a former Team GB athlete, placing 26th in his age group at the Duathlon World Championships in Canada), fine wine (advising and growing the reputation of emerging Super Tuscan producers, and presenting for Areni Global at Cité du Vin to some of the world’s most iconic wine growers and château owners), or family life (proud father of two).
His next ambition? Defining an entirely new industry. With his upcoming book, Capstones: The Art & Architecture of Meaningful Passion Projects (Harriman House, 2025), Simon is pioneering the concept of Capstones—helping others take their big idea, ultimate passion project, or long-held vision and bring it to life—in many ways, this is Simon’s Capstone.
