Return Policy

At Capstones.Co, we want you to enjoy your purchase of Capstones: The Art & Architecture of Meaningful Passion Projects. If you are not fully satisfied, this Return Policy explains how to return your order and when you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your Book to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the Book must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Returns are not accepted for books that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, accident, or handling.

How to Return Your Book

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at enquiries@capstones.co

  2. Please include your order number, name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  4. Carefully repackage the Book to avoid damage in transit.

  5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the Book is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like another copy, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your Book arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enquiries@capstones.co with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
